Pietro is a great host, he was able to accommodate us with very short notice. The flat has everything you may need during your stay and the beds were very comfortable. Easy parking in the street and even allow us to check out later. He was always prompt to reply my messages and he is very friendly. Totally recommended.
We had the warmest welcoming in person by the lovely host Gianfranco & Angela, they explained everything in detail & suggested heaps of must-see in and out of Grosetto. Everything they offered in the accommodation were perfect, it just feels like home! Location is perfect with train & bus terminal just few short minutes' walk away. If this property is within your budget, don't miss it!
Location of the B&B is simply perfect. City center, few steps from parking lot and many restaurants in front of the door. B&B with breakfast is not very obvious in IT, so we were happy with it also. Communication with the owner, keys handover and getting some info about locals was also pleasant and easy. Building seems very old, flats are nicely and modern rebuilt. A/C presents in each room, small but useful kitchen with cooker and fridge, nothing to complain in this point.

Beautiful scenery, great hosts who went out of their way to help, comfortable and clean. Friendly and welcoming with kitchen stocked with necessary essentials. Very relaxing, sitting on balcony in the sun! Small children would like the animals and aviaries on site as well as play park. Do need a car though. Would definitely go back.
