The room was excellent. For me at 32 weeks pregnant, coming from northern Europe, and an outside temperature of 38 degrees the whole week, the most important part was the airconditioning, and it did not disappoint. There was also a fridge to store some food, which is great. The bathroom was also excellent, with a shower, toilet and bidet. The room was super clean (and cleaned every day). The wifi was working very well. It was very quiet, I slept very well. The communication with the owner was excellent, I sent e-mails via booking.com and she responded very quickly.

The location is great. I don't know if there is a possibility of breakfast. It was not offered. The bathroom and room are functional and comfortable. The balcony overlooks the street, so we enjoyed staying outside.

Fabio a really great host that would add to your stay in Lovely Arezzo with his assistance and care and special Recommendations, I found the location of the property very easy to access even from the central station of Arezzo 10 mn walk and it is just 5 min walk to the piazza Grande and you would enjoy the walk in the alleys even late at night , the room was excellent with comfortable beds , will hopefully come back again
Our wonderful stay at Il Canzoniere started with meeting our lovely hosts Stefano & Chiara. They allowed us to drop off our bags early and gave us a great introduction to Arezzo and many of its’ treasures. Perfect location for exploring, with easy access to the train. We loved the apartment, full of historical charm but super modern for living in. Light, spacious and airy; also quiet even though we were in the centre of the town. We hope to return.
Such a lovely host and a beautiful apartment. The rooms were spotless and had great attention to detail. It's in a great location - close to the station, shops and restaurants, yet in a peaceful neighborhood. We felt at home here and really enjoyed our stay.
