The welcoming staff on arrival & the friendly locals we were made to feel very welcomed. The rooms are immaculately clean & decorated to a high standard with toiletries in the bathroom. Complimentary of tea, coffee & biscuits. Nice touch having a small fridge & hairdryer in the room.. In the main hallway, a small kitchen for guests to use, microwave, toaster, plates & cutlery, also iron, etc. Well stocked corner shop across the road & Sainsbury's or Morrison's down the road a few minutes drive away.

Abbey’s Inn ligger i Cheadle och erbjuder boende med utsikt över trädgården, gratis WiFi och gratis privat parkering, 10 km från Alton Towers. Abbey and her husband were so friendly and helpful when checking us in. We were welcomed into their home and had a cosy private room with a modern ensuite. The place was clean and had stylish decor and we would happily come stay here again. We were also given great recommendations for food in the area.

Steve was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The bar has a great selection of beers and the room was warm, clean and well-appointed.

Higherlands ligger bara 10 km från Alton Towers, och erbjuder boende i Kingsley med en trädgård, en gemensam lounge samt ett gemensamt kök. Lovely warm welcome, clean and comfortable and quiet. Great blinds (important for those of us who like to sleep in complete darkness). Large rooms. Great location for the peak district.

Everything was nice: comfy beds, safe, central location yet not noisy at all, modern bathroom, great shower, excellent breakfast with many choices, and friendly owners.

The pub managers are great and their pub is friendly and welcoming. The fridge in the room is a great addition and I also loved the code access around the building.

The Fitzherbert Farmhouse ligger i Swynnerton, 9,1 km från Trentham Gardens, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering, en terrass och en bar. The interiors are so gorgeous and done to such a high standard. Our room was lovely and clean and everything we needed was there, including a little package for our dog! Friendly welcome and a lovely, quiet location. We will be back!
