The room was modern and well appointed, heated to the perfect temperature and had details of local restaurants for our convenience. We stayed as part of a visit to Alton Towers, which is located a 10 minute journey away and it suited us perfectly. There is a great pub across the road serving nice beers and great pizza / pub food. Super convenient as it is a 30 second walk. All in all, couldn't have been better.

The homestay has a sun terrace and a picnic area. Juile was an amazing host, made you feel at home, and couldn't help you enough! :) The house and room were spotless and fabulous. Gorgeous free standing bath in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and even linen was top quality. My partner didn't feel well the day we were due to check out, and she allowed us to stay later for him to rest until we headed to the airport. A lady! 10/10 highly recommend. Great location for Alton towers and a lovely country escape.
