The neighbourhood is also very safe and nice, there's a mall nearby where you could buy groceries or have a coffee. I recommend this place.

Lorna was very helpful and lovely to talk to. The room was everything we wanted and more. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was incredible.

It was more than we ever expected … gorgeous property & accomodation . Very comfortable . A quiet retreat if you want to just relax & reflect . Close to Edinburgh ( 20 minute train ride ) for a day trip from Glenarch House . Would recommend the train to Waverley station in Edinburgh . It’s a self catering property , so will need to work out meals for yourselves . Morrisons ( a supermarket) is relatively close for grocery shopping .

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the BroomHouse Home Stay. Alberto and Eleonora thought of LEGIT everything when turning their extra bedroom and home into a place for guests to stay! They had a book full of suggestions of attractions and food. They also included information for different ways to get around the city and the prices. They had maps, guide books, information, history on the area, etc. They also provided a "kitchen" area with materials to make coffee/tea, a package of cookies, water, cups, microwave, mini fridge, and eating utensils. Their directions and information leading up to arrival were extremely helpful and informative.
