Le Westbourne Guest House est une belle maison d'hôtes située dans un quartier paisible en contrebas de Biskey Howe, dans le Lake District. Lovely warm welcome, beautiful room, spotlessly clean. The only place we have stayed which was better in reality than the advertising photos. Attention to detail was excellent, down to the herbal tea selection in the room.

Jerichos is a contemporary family-run guest house with stylish decor situated on a quiet side street in the heart of Windermere village. There is free Wi-Fi and free ample private parking. Perfectly located on a gorgeous and quiet street, with their own parking spaces. It's just one short block from all of the shops in Windermere, and a great hike to the lookout point for the views. Hop in your car for a short journey to the lake and more shops and restaurants. Beautifully decorated, quiet, and inviting for a night in with a glass of wine in the lobby. The breakfast was lovely too, and the staff were very friendly. Loved all of the details in the room and the property. If you're interested in less touristy food, it's only a 30 minute drive to Ambleside, which has some fantastic restaurants and less tourists.
