If you are looking for more than a comfy bed and a hot shower, this is the place for you. Maria and her family made us feel very much at home. They even dried our shoes and cloth. Her cooking was delicious. Almost like a home stay.
Perfect place to stay in Sigchos for the Quilotoa loop as the trail starts next to the property. Viktor (unsure of spelling) was a lovely host and helpful. The views from the garden are amazing. The evening meal consisted of soup, meat, rice and juice. Breakfast was fruit, oats, yoghurt, eggs, bread and juice. Free tea, coffee and water. Packed lunches are available and well priced for what you get. Strong WiFi, hot shower and comfortable room.
Fantastic place to stay on the Quilotoa loop with a lovely host family who are very welcoming and friendly. Food is amazing and there is lots of hot water at good pressure, with great views from the balcony over the valley. The banana cake is the best we’ve had in South America and there is a fire in the evening. Packed lunch for the next day was well priced and excellent. Cannot recommend enough.
If we could, we would give even more points! It was sooo nice with maria & walter! They are super amazing. Its kind of a homestay with privacy. They do amazing cooking, they take care about you, they give you everything what you need! We would come again everytime. We really appreciated the stay! Thank you so much maria & walter!
AMAZING food!! Such lovely hosts. This has been our favourite hostel so far. Clean rooms and great views. Thank you!
A great hostel with comfortable and clean rooms. The hostel also provides an excellent guide for Quilotoa and Cotopaxi .
It‘s a lovely hostel close to the lake with a really friendly owner. The food was good and they even offered a vegetarian version. I can only recommend this place.
A good hostel to stay in for a night before and after you begin the Quilatoa Loop. Stayed in both a dorm and a private room. We should of been in a private both nights but there was a mix up and our room wasn’t available. Kitchen facilities. Hostel is well located and within walking distance of the bus station.
