Situated in Puerto Viejo and only less than 1 km from Negra Beach, Kalawala features accommodation with city views, free WiFi and free private parking. Location was perfect being within walking distance to stores and food. We moved to this location from a different one. We were thrilled to have hot water, clean place to stay, full kitchen that met our cooking needs, privacy, front porch, air conditioning was a bonus. Price was super affordable especially when the mentioned above was not included in our first choice and was only a few dollars less. Highly recommend this place.

They make wonderful homemade food and we had a really good conversation during dinner and breakfast. The property is incredible, full of details and animals! The best surprise in Costa Rica in terms of accommodation.

Offering a shared lounge and inner courtyard view, Cabinas Cahuita is located in Cahuita, 300 metres from Blanca and 1.1 km from Negra. The location was perfect for visiting the Cahuita National Park - and also close to other amenities like grocery stores and restaurants. Everything was within 5 mins walking. The host was amazing - she provided a lot of local information including best sites and shops. She even knew the 'usual spots' where sloths would hang out. Thanks to her advice we saw sloths and even kinkajous in the evening. Rooms are cozy and have everything you need: AC and hot water.

Situated 600 metres from Tortuguero Beach, H et L offers 4-star accommodation in Tortuguero and features a garden. The homestay has family rooms. We loved staying at Hugo and Ailin's place. It's located almost right next to Tortuguero National Park and offers everything you need for a few days in nature. The accommodation is of high quality compared to other Airbnbs in the area, and it's more affordable than a hotel. Ailin was an excellent host and even helped arrange tours for us. We were expected at La Pavona and then again upon our arrival in Tortuguero at Muelle Principal, making our arrival smooth and well-organized. I would also recommend this place for families with children. There are two large beds, a small kitchenette, air conditioning, and even a flat-screen TV with Netflix and more.

Situated in Cocles, AroCocles (Victoria) features accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. The flat was in a small group of apartments - 4 in all , who shared a pool. There was plenty of space to share the communal areas. The flat was spotless and well appointed . Walking distance to the beach and nice restaurants

I loved the location, cleanliness, and security. The host was very caring and courteous! I'm so glad I found this place! I stayed in room #1, which was like a 1-bedroom apartment with AC. Loved it!
