We like the very helpful staff and the nice location with a great view of Snow Mountain from our room. For example: We asked the staff for a car to Tiger Leaping Gorge. And they give us a very comfortable Tesla with a glass roof and very skilled driver.

The owners are just so present, helpful, kind, calm, and show great hospitality. It felt like we were staying at their home and experiencing how life is in Dali. They gave us great recommendations on where to visit and what to do to enjoy Dali, and most importantly, take it slow. We got a delux double room. It is clean, comfortable, spacious, and beautifully decorated with lots of details showing the owners put a lot of thoughts on this place. Theres a lot of personal touches. The building itself has 3 outdoor and 1 indoor areas for sitting and relaxing. It was a pity we were staying for 2 nights only and didn't get a chance to enjoy the areas. Totally recommend you to stay here, esp if you prefer more personal cute boutique hotels to big chains and commercial hotels. Both owners are also very used to international tourists and speak English, so it is a huge plus. Big thanks to the owners for such a wonderful stay. And look forward to next time visiting you again.

With garden views, TIBET Guest house 虎跳峡卓玛客栈 is located in Shangri-La and has a restaurant, a shared kitchen, bar and garden. The air-conditioned accommodation is 8.3 km from Tiger Leaping Gorge. This inn, with its charming wooden structure, offered clean linens, comfortable beds, and a tranquil escape. Dawa and Zhuo Ma’s warm hospitality and delicious cooking made our stay memorable. The highlight was Kele (Cola), their lively dog, who followed us like a loyal bodyguard. Highly recommended!

The guesthouse is really nice with flexible cancelation policy. The room is big and comfort. I even got the free oxygen bottle from the desktop. The atmosphere is free and friendly.
