Boasting a garden and views of garden, Pension l'Etage is a recently renovated guest house set in Melk, 600 metres from Melk Abbey. This guest house offers free private parking, a lift and free WiFi. The pension is housed in a beautiful old historical building while the rooms are modern and very tastefully furnished. The breakfast area is particularly lovely and the hosts were very friendly and generous. The breakfast offering was very good with many choices available including very good cappuccino. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone visiting Melk.

Everything was perfect: wonderful hosts, pleasant atmosphere, very cozy and comfortable! Delicious breakfast. Also, there is a possibility to buy local products (recommended!). Mi ha aiutato a noleggiare la bicicletta per i miei spostamenti in zona. A pochi metri c'é la fermata dell'autobus 715 Krems-Melk. Il paese di Spitz e' anche raggiungibile con una piacevole camminata sulla pista ciclo-pedonale in 20 minuti a piedi.

Me and my husband spent a couple of nights here, and it was a very nice place. The room was very clean and cozy and the yard is just beautiful and full of wonderful plants. The breakfast was very good nd the hosts were very nice and helpful. We hope to return some day.

The food and service was exceptionally good. We even got a free 20 min. car lift to the train station in Krems at the end of our stay since we had heavy luggage and no car to transport it in due to a road accident we had earlier in the week! Truely outstanding. Thee room was full of light and well equipped and maintained. This Gasthaus is highly recommeded.
