Our room was big for 5 people and very clean etc. We loved the carefully presented fruit etc for breakfast and the pool was excellent (clean ++). Can't say enough good things. Derick also helped with onward travel (lovely driver) and we found it very convenient and safe for moving around on foot, car and tuk tuk. A really perfect start to our holiday.

MALEEKA is the best hostess, friendly, helpful and kind. we like the place so much and will be visiting her before leaving the country. Maleeka Aunty provide us a delicious sri lankan breakfast. even you can cook your meals in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this place for families couples and solo Travelers. The property is non-smoking and is situated 17 km from Bambalapitiya Railway Station. This is a fantastic house with so much space. Place was well located and if you are driving , it is not too far away from the high speed motor way entrance. It was very clean and bedrooms were with AC. Pool area was fantastic. Perfect for relaxing. Kitchen was also equipped if we wanted to cook. The communication with the accommodation was very easy and they always provided with answers to any questions. The caretaker who handed us the key was very friendly and was also very helpful. Highly recommended to saty here. Value for money as well. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in Sri Lanka.
