Perfect for arrival (or departure). Derick stayed up late to welcome us. Our room was big for 5 people and very clean etc. We loved the carefully presented fruit etc for breakfast and the pool was excellent (clean ++). Can't say enough good things. Derick also helped with onward travel (lovely driver) and we found it very convenient and safe for moving around on foot, car and tuk tuk. A really perfect start to our holiday.

We had to stay for 24 hours before our flight. We had a small dog with us. Kumar (host) allowed us to leave the dog in the room while we were away. The owner is polite and helpful. At the time of our stay they were building a descent size pool. It would be nice once finished. Private and quite area. Acess to motorways to go down south or Kandy side was easy from nearest town of Piliyandala.
