The room was much bigger than we expected and the kids enjoyed the ample space available in the room. What made the villa special was the amenities available for kids (swimming pool, fussball, board games etc.) Its a very cute space overall at such a reasonable price. If we were to visit Colombo again, this place would definitely be my first pick. The staff was very warm and accommodating..Impressed with Sri Lankan hospitality!

It's actually cleaner than expected and has a lot of amenities at a decent price. You are also invited to come once and stay, it will be a good place to stay.

A recently renovated villa located in Colombo, Villa Vikasa Colombo features a garden. The house looks great. The host was extremely helpful. Wish we spent more time here. The property looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean, very comfortable.

Mmm it was a total pleasure and the a gentleman to last minute, but I don’t think his care taker had any professional training, but he did his best, I hope next time I will learn about smoking when there are AC quid pro co, only 1 room had AC

We stayed there two days, the apartment was very clean, comfortable and new. Kumar, the owner, treated us as guests not as customers. He took us with his car to local restaurants and shops. Finally he drive us to airport at 1.00am at a low price. Thank you for all.

At the time of our stay they were building a descent size pool. It would be nice once finished. Private and quite area. Acess to motorways to go down south or Kandy side was easy from nearest town of Piliyandala.
