I have only wonderful things to say about Sithila Villa! Our room was spacious and had plenty of storage room, a hot shower, a large bed, a table and chairs, and a peaceful balcony facing the trees. There is a kitchen and living room area for your use, or you can head to the third floor to watch the sunset and admire the city views.
The highlight of my stay was spending time with Chandana and his family. They made me feel comfortable and at ease, and I am very grateful for their kindness and offerings of tea, cookies and homemade meals. This was one of my favorite stays in Sri Lanka!

Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
The location was very close to food city and many restaurants to eat at Marine drive. Beach was nearby 2 mins away. Recommend having the seafood grill in the restaurants nearby at the evening. The villa was very clean. Garden area has seating which was very relaxing. Recommend to others that want to enjoy and have a relaxing stay!

The beach is 3 minutes away and very clean. There is also a grocery shop nearby and lot of restaurants in a walking distance.
The Colombo Zoo is 20 minutes by feet. But quite expensive for the foreigners
The hotel owner was very friendly and helpful and also the staff. It was very clean, neat and quiet without any disturbances. The shops and the restaurants are very near and also the local transportation was available. Scenarios of the sea is awesome. I would like to recommend others too to avail the facility at Para Inn Residence.

This is my absolutely favourite place to stay when I'm in Colombo or even nearby. The view is awesome. The room is spacious. There is a kitchen where I can prepare my own meals. All very clean. I love it, really. And host gives you advices what you can do or visit. Only to recommend.
