Exceptional property. Exquisitely renovated with an artistic eye for detail! It was so comfortable, and it was very lovely to experience traditional ryokan style with such a cool contemporary edge. we thoroughly enjoyed the property and the city. Loved the traditional key to get in!! it was a gorgeous touch. The bathroom is fabulous, and stocked with everything you can imagine. The kitchen is also gorgeous and stocked with everything you need to prepare food, plus an eclectic collection of ceramics.

It was also very close to the old town and shrines. The bathroom felt like a spa and the kitchen was well equipped with hand made ceramics. It exceeded expectation, a wonderful place!

Everything is so advance and the decorations are beautiful. The beds are the best we have had in our trip to Japan. Everything is provided , very thoughtful of the host and we were able to contact the host easily .
