The garden outside is well kept and has a superb view on the hills, you can see the Marmore waterfalls as well! Easy check-in and check-out!

The situation was perfect for us, as we are both enjoying the old town and driving to the beautiful villages nearby. The owners were amazingly helpful with suggestions for restaurants in only Perugia, but also the neighboring towns. They were wonderful!

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. It was close to the center and no stairs to get into the apartment. The stairs in the apartment were a bit steep for my 85 year old mother, but she still managed to do them for the shower. The house had everything you could possibly need. Extra blankets, shampoo, hairdryer. It was really big. My son who studies in Perugia could hang out with us. It was just wonderful. Thank you ti Noemi the owner!
