A recently renovated property, Casa Valentina 2 is located in Perugia near Perugia Cathedral, Perugia Train Station and Corso Vannucci. This is a super clean apartment with a great shower, kitchen and bedroom. It’s perfectly located near Perugia’s mini Metro and has parking. The situation was perfect for us, as we are both enjoying the old town and driving to the beautiful villages nearby. The owners were amazingly helpful with suggestions for restaurants in only Perugia, but also the neighboring towns. They were wonderful!

Good communication with the host during the stay, the apartment is perfectly clean and equiped with everything one needs for a stay , even more than I expected. The mini metro station is few min.walk from the apartment , so it was easy to reach the city center .

Casa vacanze Castiglione - 4 posti letto is located in Castiglione della Valle, 36 km from Train Station Assisi, 17 km from Perugia Train Station, as well as 19 km from Corso Vannucci. The location is quaint and almost Dickens-like. Bells ring and remind you to enjoy everything.

Well the room took a lot of exploring which was so fun. So many interesting things to see. Absolutely loved it. Shower was great so clean and tidy and so close to everything. Stunning little town and want to go back

Boasting garden views, Residence Serena provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a bar, around 17 km from Train Station Assisi. Everything 😊. The property is beautiful with lots of places to relax. The pool area is lovely with lots of lounge chairs. There are activities like playing billiards, ping pong or tennis on the beautiful fenced in court. The room itself was so lovely and well decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Even the linens felt lovely. But the views. Oh my. The owners also have a restaurant close by which is well worth going to. The food was well priced and delicious.
