A recently renovated property, Casa Valentina 2 is located in Perugia near Perugia Cathedral, Perugia Train Station and Corso Vannucci. This is a super clean apartment with a great shower, kitchen and bedroom. It’s perfectly located near Perugia’s mini Metro and has parking. The situation was perfect for us, as we are both enjoying the old town and driving to the beautiful villages nearby. The owners were amazingly helpful with suggestions for restaurants in only Perugia, but also the neighboring towns. They were wonderful!

The house is comfy and has everything you might need. It was spot clean and it was easy to adjust the temperature on your own. It's literally 20 meters from the railway station, so it's well connected but also just 20 minutes by foot (uphill) to the city center. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Casa vacanze Castiglione - 4 posti letto is located in Castiglione della Valle, 36 km from Train Station Assisi, 17 km from Perugia Train Station, as well as 19 km from Corso Vannucci. The location is quaint and almost Dickens-like. Bells ring and remind you to enjoy everything.

Located in Orvieto, 200 metres from Duomo Orvieto and 20 km from Civita di Bagnoregio, Casa Ginevra offers air conditioning. The suite was very very clean. The location was very central to the main sights. The fruit basket was most appreciated.

A super apartment it was the second time I stayed there. Very, very, very hospitable host. The apartment is nice with a well equipped kitchen, very nice bed and all in top condition. You can´t ask for more.

Situated in Orvieto and only 400 metres from Duomo Orvieto, Book and Bed features accommodation with inner courtyard views, free WiFi and free private parking. We loved the atmosphere, it was special and everything was clean. it’s well equipped and a lot of thought went into everything. it’s right in the center of town making it very convenient

Beautiful and cozy apartment in Orvieto, centrally located, very clean, modern amenities, fast check-in, friendly host who left us fruits and water. Highly recommended!

Boasting garden views, Residence Serena provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a bar, around 17 km from Train Station Assisi. This property is owned and run by a family and they made our stay very comfortable beginning with inviting us to a special dinner the night we arrived which included live entertainment in the form of a solo guitar player/singer. It was a very laid back experience that remained throughout our five night stay. We had a balcony and a wonderful view of Umbria countryside. The unit consisted of a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with adequate space and a very quiet air conditioner that worked quickly to cool down the room and keep it cool throughout the night. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and wine available for purchase. The location in the country was ideal for relaxing.
