We truly were in the heart of Spoleto! This was our 3rd trip there and this place was the best and the best location; right in Puszza Mercato! The apartment was beautifully upgraded and Sara left a lot of different breakfast foods, juices, and milk! In addition, she went out of her way to get us a taxi to the train station our last day when I could not get through to them and they were very efficient, nice, parked in Puazza Mercato and walked over yo our building to get us and our bags, arriving a few minutes early! The master bedroom was extremely comfortable; large, with two windows that opened, overlooking 2 small piazzas. There was a second room with twin beds (at our request (it could have been a double) with one window and stairs in the room leading to a futon we didn’t use.

Large and spacious apartment, with a lovely rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi and a super view over the roofs of the town. Great place for a wine at sunset and a coffee at sunrise. Good showers and bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, comfy bedroom. Well located with short walks to the main square, the sights and a ten minute walk to the nearest supermarket, or 3 minute drive. Tasteful renovation.

The scenery is beyond my imagination, staying in a previously abandoned village. The craftsmanship and artistic ability of Paolo (the owner and builder)is amazing. The host Paolo can't do enough for us, he and his wife Katya treated as like old friends and invited us for a sumptuous BBQ dinner at their beautiful surroundings.

Walking on Camino di Francesco, we very much enjoyed this nice room in a very old, historic building. Everything was very clean. Nazzaro was so lovely and attentive. He made sure we could have dinner in the village and we took the best foccacia ever with us for lunch. Grazie mille :-)
Great location in Spoleto, everything is close. The apartment is very clean and well equipped The area is quiet. The owner is reliable and provides all information in timely manner.I can only recommend it. If you are lucky, there is a possibility to park across the street.
The hotel is located within the historical center and at just a few minutes walking from the main streets. The staff was very helpful and kind, and fluent in English. The breakfast was ok, there were some bread rolls and charcuterie, fruits, yogurt, cakes, and cereal. The room itself was very clean, and cleaned on a daily basis.
Ideal location - right on the edge of the old town so could drive right to the door. Easy walk to escalators to take you to top of the town. Very clean. Spacious. Ensuite bathroom in each bedroom. Excellent communication from host. If we are ever in Spoleto would love to stay here again.

An old-style hotel in a great location. Beautiful view from the room. Comfortable bed, very clean bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.. You can park by car.
Nazaro is the best host you could want. I got the warmest welcome. The room was nice, everything was very clean, I loved the pillows (first time this week I didn’t wake up with pain in my neck from all the hard pillows in Italy). There is a common area with a fireplace, very cosy. Nazaro arranged food from Rosa for me and 2 other guests, which was delicious. The breakfast was also great; croissants, ricotta, primo sale, apricot pie, bread, olive oil; everything homemade and delicious.
Short walk to town center, elevator to the upper stories, very clean and well taken care of facility. Breakfast was buffet style, with croissants, fruit, juice, cereals, etc.
