The location was just amazing, surrouned by beautiful sun flowers, a vineyard and beautiful views on the hills all around. The house is so clean and very well maintained, easily 5 stars or even more. The host was a bonus and a absolute delight to know. He was extremely friendly, and offered so much of help to us as we travelled with two little boys. The host Stefano also drove us to the wedding we were attending, and also dropped us off at the other location when we checked out. He is a very lovely person and went above and beyond of what was expected. Would highly recommend Casa Stefano to all my friends and family.

Big, very clean and comfortable apartment. Nicely furnished. Good air conditioning. Walking distance to station and old town. The apartment is in a nice quiet area. Lovely views from both bedrooms.
Very generously stocked with everything you could possibly need. Very generous supplies of breakfast things. Rita and her husband were excellent hosts, helpful and available.

Very nice, clean cosy rental home. Had all the amenities including the use of the washing machine. No issues booking the rental or with check in and check out. We enjoyed our stay at Profumo di Bosco.

Superb location in such a beautiful and interesting part of Umbria. The house is generously proportioned and traditionally furnished and very authentic. The hosts organised fans for us immediately because it was very hot. It's so close to beautiful Spoleto but also has wonderful views in the heart of the countryside so you get the best of both worlds.

Location was spectacular. The apartment was extremely well fitted out with everything you'd need and much more. There were little touches that we really appreciated after a long day of hiking. Breakfast items were provided, which was just as well because we had NO food!

Walking on Camino di Francesco, we very much enjoyed this nice room in a very old, historic building. Everything was very clean. Nazzaro was so lovely and attentive. He made sure we could have dinner in the village and we took the best foccacia ever with us for lunch. Grazie mille :-)
Great location in Spoleto, everything is close. The apartment is very clean and well equipped The area is quiet. The owner is reliable and provides all information in timely manner.I can only recommend it. If you are lucky, there is a possibility to park across the street.
The hotel is located within the historical center and at just a few minutes walking from the main streets. The staff was very helpful and kind, and fluent in English. The breakfast was ok, there were some bread rolls and charcuterie, fruits, yogurt, cakes, and cereal. The room itself was very clean, and cleaned on a daily basis.
Ideal location - right on the edge of the old town so could drive right to the door. Easy walk to escalators to take you to top of the town. Very clean. Spacious. Ensuite bathroom in each bedroom. Excellent communication from host. If we are ever in Spoleto would love to stay here again.

Nazaro is the best host you could want. I got the warmest welcome. The room was nice, everything was very clean, I loved the pillows (first time this week I didn’t wake up with pain in my neck from all the hard pillows in Italy). There is a common area with a fireplace, very cosy. Nazaro arranged food from Rosa for me and 2 other guests, which was delicious. The breakfast was also great; croissants, ricotta, primo sale, apricot pie, bread, olive oil; everything homemade and delicious.
Short walk to town center, elevator to the upper stories, very clean and well taken care of facility. Breakfast was buffet style, with croissants, fruit, juice, cereals, etc.
