Very well equipped kitchen (including a welcome hamper), lovely outdoor BBQ area at back and sun room. Beds are very comfortable. Derek and Emily were very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again - this place is a gem.

We had the entire house to ourselves (party of 6) and it was very spacious and relaxing. Short drive to Thomastown or Inistioge (where you’ll also find Woodstock gardens). Pearl, Miriam and Paola who look after the house were very nice and welcoming. Wish we stayed longer!

The hosts went above and beyond in every way. Lots of extra effort with homemade muesli, bread, fruit, milk, eggs, jam and cheese. The accommodation was perfect with a fully kitted kitchen, comfortable chairs, and bed along with outdoor furniture so you could sit and look out over the green paddocks with its resident horses. Kilkenny is a beautiful place with its rolling green hills. This little haven has been one of the highlights of our trip.

We appreciated having space, 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms and toys and space for our 2 yr old to play. The view from the upstairs lounge was so peaceful. A very comfortable place to stay. Niamh’s communication is excellent.
