We were a group of friends on a weekend away and had an amazing stay at this country house. Very well equipped kitchen (including a welcome hamper), lovely outdoor BBQ area at back and sun room. Beds are very comfortable. Derek and Emily were very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again - this place is a gem.

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Lovely old house set on amazing grounds. We had the entire house to ourselves (party of 6) and it was very spacious and relaxing. Short drive to Thomastown or Inistioge (where you’ll also find Woodstock gardens). Pearl, Miriam and Paola who look after the house were very nice and welcoming. Wish we stayed longer!

Lots of extra effort with homemade muesli, bread, fruit, milk, eggs, jam and cheese. The accommodation was perfect with a fully kitted kitchen, comfortable chairs, and bed along with outdoor furniture so you could sit and look out over the green paddocks with its resident horses. Kilkenny is a beautiful place with its rolling green hills. This little haven has been one of the highlights of our trip.
