Beds are very comfortable. Derek and Emily were very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again - this place is a gem.

Very clean. Mary the host was lovely and so helpful. Very generously left us chocolates, wine and a lovely cake. There were tea bags and a bag of coffee beans! Mary clearly tries to make people’s stays very comfortable. There’s a great big garden and gazebo area, just made for parties. There are 3 properties beside each other. The folly, another large house suitable for a large party and the host’s own house. Mary was really lovely and we didn’t feel that it mattered that she lived so close by. It’s a bit out of town on a small country road. We walked to the Hoban hotel, about 10 minutes. Would be very happy to return there again.

There was even a Christmas tree. Beautiful view, lots of space. Even boardgames are at the location. She had left us sandwich fixings which came in very handy after traveling all night with 2 small children from the States. Our stay was very pleasant!
