The lady that runs the booking is always available for anything you need on whatsapp and nothing is too much trouble. The houses are close to Kos Town but you would need a car or taxi to get there as a bit far to walk. I cannot recommend this property enough and we will definitely want to return.

The pool is large and pleasant with sunbeds and an umbrella, the direction of the sun in the pool is only in the afternoon. The house is beautiful, the beds are comfortable. About a two-minute walk there is a supermarket, a five-minute drive (you can also walk) there are nearby beaches and restaurants, also close to the old city. We had an amazing vacation. It’s just a bit above the city, so you’re perfectly secluded from the noise and crowds, enjoying a peaceful retreat. The garden is gorgeous, and we loved spending our time around the big table out there. Plus, there’s a market just a few minutes away with everything you might need, and the staff there are super friendly. And here’s the cherry on top: the house is surrounded by incredible historical sites from Roman and ancient times. You’ll be in close proximity to places like the Odeon, the Aqueduct, Casa Romana, and the ruins of the ancient city of Nymphaion, dedicated to the Nymphs. It’s like stepping into a history book right from your doorstep! The house has air conditioning, which kept things cool, and there’s a lovely breeze on Kos, so it’s nice to just keep the windows open. We also had access to a fantastic pool with a bar at a hotel nearby—just a short walk away. Getting to Lambi Beach was easy too; we went by car, bike, or even walked. Kostas, the host, is wonderful! He met us at the bus station, drove us to the house, and made sure we had everything we needed. He’s full of helpful tips and genuinely cares about making your stay great. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need, and there’s a TV with Netflix and fast Wi-Fi. The beds are super comfy, and the whole place is so quiet—it’s perfect for a good night’s sleep. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Everything about this house is top-notch!
