Andrea the host was extremely friendly, helpful and kind. He was especially helpful whenever there was a problem, attending immediately and often going beyond his remit.
The villa was superb and perfect for our family of four but could easily accommodate two more adults or children. The pool was pleasant, the views lovely, parking nearby, the jacuzzi was amazing especially the ability to play music through Alexa.
The beds were comfy, the area quiet and the local town (Mastichari) a lovely place to wander, eat and even shop.
Would really recommend Paraside Beach for those with young kids.

The host was very hospitable and welcomed us with drink and fruit. The communication with the host was also very smooth, she was always very helpful and let us check in and check out according to our arrival and departure time. She also changed our sheets and cleaned the house in the middle of our stay. We were very touched. She even sent us the things we left in the room to us. We are very satisfied with the owner and the house. It was a comfortable stay and we didn't lack for anything. So we give it 10 points and highly recommend it.

The location is near to Zia which is a very interesting village and it’s well connected with the rest of the island. The apartment itself was very clean, equipped with all the necessities. Communication with the host was easy and effective. Would definitely recommend!

This house is absolutely amazing! It’s just a bit above the city, so you’re perfectly secluded from the noise and crowds, enjoying a peaceful retreat. The garden is gorgeous, and we loved spending our time around the big table out there. Plus, there’s a market just a few minutes away with everything you might need, and the staff there are super friendly.
And here’s the cherry on top: the house is surrounded by incredible historical sites from Roman and ancient times. You’ll be in close proximity to places like the Odeon, the Aqueduct, Casa Romana, and the ruins of the ancient city of Nymphaion, dedicated to the Nymphs. It’s like stepping into a history book right from your doorstep!
The house has air conditioning, which kept things cool, and there’s a lovely breeze on Kos, so it’s nice to just keep the windows open. We also had access to a fantastic pool with a bar at a hotel nearby—just a short walk away. Getting to Lambi Beach was easy too; we went by car, bike, or even walked.
Kostas, the host, is wonderful! He met us at the bus station, drove us to the house, and made sure we had everything we needed. He’s full of helpful tips and genuinely cares about making your stay great. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need, and there’s a TV with Netflix and fast Wi-Fi. The beds are super comfy, and the whole place is so quiet—it’s perfect for a good night’s sleep.
Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Everything about this house is top-notch!
