And a very big bonus, for me at least..you can talk to the person handling your booking before your arrival and get a very nice car rented right from the airport for the whole period of your stay in the beautiful island of Kos. AnamneZia Luxury Suites has sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Kos Town, 6.7 km from Paleo Pili. With pool views, this accommodation offers a patio and a swimming pool. Gorgeous new build among ruins and nature with a fabulous view to the sea. Comfortable bed (finally), good WiFi, Netflix option on TV, spacious, hosts amenable to change to ground floor (to save our knees). Access road well sign marked. Quiet.

Situated within 3.5 km of Asclepieion of Kos and 4.1 km of Kos Port, Ta Spitakia offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Kos Town. The place is gorgeous! Quiet and so peaceful. Natzeem and Kallia are helpful and charming.. 5 min drive to the nearest town (Kos). I highly recommend.

Set in Asfendioú and only 6.7 km from Paleo Pili, Sunny Rock Apartments offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The location is near to Zia which is a very interesting village and it’s well connected with the rest of the island. The apartment itself was very clean, equipped with all the necessities. Communication with the host was easy and effective. Would definitely recommend!

Villa Kares consists of 3 joined houses. Villa Kares I is used by the owner's family. Villa Kares II and III are rented out to external guests. The family that runs the rental are very nice people. They are careful and follow up on appointments, and if you need something in the house or need help, they are only 5 minutes away. Villa Kares III is a brand new house with fully equipped kitchen and living room with large TV and everything you need for a good holiday. On the first floor, there are very good beds in the two bedrooms. The house has two beautiful bathrooms with showers both on the ground floor and first floor. All rooms are cooled by modern air conditioning, which ensures a constant 21 degrees throughout the house. The pool area is inviting and beautifully landscaped with really good sunbeds and a very clean pool, which Mr. Nikos takes care every day, just as he waters the plants in the garden. The location of the house is perfect because it is in a quiet and fashionable residential area, but with only 15-20 min. to Kos Old Town and even closer to several good restaurants. Overall, the Villa Kares houses are a unique gem that should be kept a secret from other guests so they don't wear out this beautiful property. We give the landlord and the property our best recommendations and look forward to coming back.

We had amazing time and priceless memories with my friend. We felt like we were living in our own space, it was so cozy environment. Nice, quiet, clean and great location. Featuring a terrace with mountain views, a garden and a bar, Pirgali Stone house can be found in Ampavris, close to Kos Town Beach and 1.9 km from Lambi Beach. This house is absolutely amazing! It’s just a bit above the city, so you’re perfectly secluded from the noise and crowds, enjoying a peaceful retreat. The garden is gorgeous, and we loved spending our time around the big table out there. Plus, there’s a market just a few minutes away with everything you might need, and the staff there are super friendly. And here’s the cherry on top: the house is surrounded by incredible historical sites from Roman and ancient times. You’ll be in close proximity to places like the Odeon, the Aqueduct, Casa Romana, and the ruins of the ancient city of Nymphaion, dedicated to the Nymphs. It’s like stepping into a history book right from your doorstep! The house has air conditioning, which kept things cool, and there’s a lovely breeze on Kos, so it’s nice to just keep the windows open. We also had access to a fantastic pool with a bar at a hotel nearby—just a short walk away. Getting to Lambi Beach was easy too; we went by car, bike, or even walked. Kostas, the host, is wonderful! He met us at the bus station, drove us to the house, and made sure we had everything we needed. He’s full of helpful tips and genuinely cares about making your stay great. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need, and there’s a TV with Netflix and fast Wi-Fi. The beds are super comfy, and the whole place is so quiet—it’s perfect for a good night’s sleep. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Everything about this house is top-notch!
