Andrea the host was extremely friendly, helpful and kind. He was especially helpful whenever there was a problem, attending immediately and often going beyond his remit.
The villa was superb and perfect for our family of four but could easily accommodate two more adults or children. The pool was pleasant, the views lovely, parking nearby, the jacuzzi was amazing especially the ability to play music through Alexa.
The beds were comfy, the area quiet and the local town (Mastichari) a lovely place to wander, eat and even shop.
Would really recommend Paraside Beach for those with young kids.

The host was very hospitable and welcomed us with drink and fruit. The communication with the host was also very smooth, she was always very helpful and let us check in and check out according to our arrival and departure time. She also changed our sheets and cleaned the house in the middle of our stay. We were very touched. She even sent us the things we left in the room to us. We are very satisfied with the owner and the house. It was a comfortable stay and we didn't lack for anything. So we give it 10 points and highly recommend it.

The property was located perfectly, not far from the arrival port and not far at all to the airport. It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed. The owner came and collected us from the port, we were 7 ppl with a lot of luggage and he did two trips for us. He also arranged a taxicab for us in the morning.

The accommodation and the hostess Maria more than exceeded all our expectations. We have had a wonderful stay at StoneHouseKefalos, an amazing studio in the center of the village. It was extremely clean and there was everything we needed, cooking equipment and crockery, great for preparing basic meals, funny raised sleeping area, spacious bathroom and even larger shower area. Maria kept in contact and supporting us any time we needed. All in all, a great accommodation at a fair price. Everything was perfect and we felt very comfortable, we cannot recommend this studio highly enough, wouldn't hesitate to return.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Location is amazing - great view of the bay. Private pool was also great as was the overall size of the suites - very comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable as the options changed every day vs the same thing over and over again. Nice Greek sweets were included in the breakfast as well.
Very clean room, the accommodation is located 50 metres from the beach and is in a great location. Linen and towels are changed every two days. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.
The facility is managed by a very smily and helpful family. The breakfast is very tasty and rich. The room has two balconies and one of them is always in the shade and has a great breeze. Local wonderful borek (a kind of greek pastry) welcomed us in the room. The facility is not new, but is very clean.
Great location in a quiet part of Kos, but still within walking distance to some restaurants, bars and the beach in Kamari. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, not big but comfortable for 4 people for a weekly stay. The host was super helpful and friendly. We could park the car next to the apartment.

Very clean, towels and bed linen changed every couple days.. even I told Tina do not need changed ,bar by the pool with everything you want to drink cold or hot, ice cream.. the dog Laura and the kitten Zoro was a bonus..

Family run apartments in a fantastic quiet location near the beach, supermarket, and shops. Everything is very clean and fresh. I wouldn't like to encourage anyone to book as late as me but I made the booking at 2am as a one night layover from Kos airport and arrived at 2.20am, the hosts were super nice about it, really accommodating, and the breakfast is FANTASTIC.
They deserve their 9+ ratings, no doubt.
The rooms are comfortable and very clean. It's a family-run businesses and the hosts were friendly and kind (especially the nice lady who cleans the rooms). The location is great, close to the sea and markets, and Kefalos is close to all the nicest beaches on the island. Great value for money!
Very clean, everything you needed was on the villa Clean bedding and towels every few days.
Froso and Tina were absolutely fantastic, both made us feel so comfortable, it was like being part of their family. The villa is in a great location, a short walk from the beach, restaurants and shops.
