This recently renovated holiday home is located 30 km from Beach Ballroom and 22 km from Newburgh on Ythan Golf Club. Outdoor seating is also available at the holiday home. The house was exactly as described, very cozy and well furnished. Tina welcomed us warmly and also gave us a couple eggs from her hens and some milk. Would have stayed more!

Towels and bed linen are available in the holiday home. The property has an outdoor dining area. The staff were very welcoming and very accommodating. Due to adverse weather conditions, we had to book at the last minute . We were stressed from driving hours trying to get home. Everything was perfect on arrival, nice and cosy 😊 the people in the little pub on the side of the accommodation were lovely and we had little chats about the history of the property which was really nice .

There is everything you need in the house, even a hot water bottle! There were fresh flowers in vase on the table. I couldnt believe how beautiful the house and surrouding area was. We didnt want to come back.

Such a well out tiny home, family of 4 was very comfortable!

Great layout for quite a small property. Everything considered. Particularly like the outdoor space - great to have somewhere to sit as the weather was lovely.
