Linareva is peaceful and calm, on the quieter side of the island. We’ll definitely stay there again next time we visit Moorea.

The area is popular for hiking and walking tours, and bike hire is available at the guest house. We had such a unique stay at Mark's place. It is challenging to stay here without a car, but certainly possible, at least for a couple of days. I liked the camp cabin accommodations. The value for a full kitchen and the number of people who could stay in the cabin comfortably was exceptional. The other guests were friendly, but respectful and quiet on the property when it was night. The option to rent kayaks, surfboards and snorkel gear at a reasonable price is wonderful! There are good food and grocery options within walking distance. We would definitely stay again!

It was unique, and colorful, and exactly what a traveling surfer should be hoping to find. The owners were exciting, enthusiastic people, and seemed like they would do anything to make your experience better. They did for us. It was really clean and tidy on arrival. The meshed windows really helped keep the mozzies away. We loved the vibe but especially loved the environment created by Mark and his family. They are truly special, generous, kind, and hospitable people.

What a great find…good location, sort of in between anything you would want to visit…but the best thing were the use of the kayaks which we took out every morning to paddle to the little islands, beaches and to snorkel.
