Highly recommend this cosy guesthouse, felt like a home away from home. Everything was great, very clean and well equipped. Nice meeting and chatting to the other guests there. Very close to the whale departure meeting point.

O alojamento é muito interessante e acolhedor. Tenho que destacar a simpatia dos proprietários, sempre disponíveis para ajudar. Adoramos a nossa estadia e recomendamos mesmo. Já não tínhamos carro e levaram-nos a procurar comida num sitio local bem como no dia seguinte ao aeroporto. Memorável! Obrigado !!!

Fare Tokoau Moorea situa-se em Moorea, a 1,7 km de Praia de Tiahura, e dispõe de acomodações com uma piscina exterior, estacionamento privado gratuito, um jardim e um terraço. Our stay at Fare Tokoau was more than wonderful. The owners are very friendly. The cabins are big and practical, with a front porch overlooking the beautiful garden and ocean. We can highly recommend the Alex Lagoon Tour which leaves from Fare Tokoau and whereby you swim with turtles, sting rays, sharks, snorkel between the corals, look for dolphins, etc. (book ahead in high season!). We would definitely come back here.

There are four separate bungalows on site. We had three couples staying for several days so it was nice to each have our own space, but to spend time together on an ocean front porch.

Extremely friendly helpful owners David and Vanessa, we felt right home away from home, you can ask them anything always happy to help, you can snorkel right off dock beautiful coral fish and black tip sharks free kayak, yummy breakfast upon demand delivered on terras, loved hotel kitty and doggy too, one can take drinks out of fridge at same rate as in supermarket! Love love love

Oh, everything. Location perfect and idyllic. Quiet,. It was not cheap, but for what we had, it was great value for money, and certainly competitively priced. We had the whole house to ourselves, but it's ideal for a group of 6. Sharks and rays swim close to the shore, just below the terrace, and there's plenty of good coral in that lagoon. Absolutely spellbinding view from the upstairs room (we didn't go into the downstairs rooms). People running it are so lovely. Helpful, welcoming, happy to share their company. Florence is charming and a great cook.She will make you a 3 course meal for the price of a starter elsewhere. Sylvian and Pierre great company too, and so helpful.

We had such a unique stay at Mark's place. It is challenging to stay here without a car, but certainly possible, at least for a couple of days. I liked the camp cabin accommodations. The value for a full kitchen and the number of people who could stay in the cabin comfortably was exceptional. The other guests were friendly, but respectful and quiet on the property when it was night. The option to rent kayaks, surfboards and snorkel gear at a reasonable price is wonderful! There are good food and grocery options within walking distance. We would definitely stay again!

It had more character than any other home stay. It was unique, and colorful, and exactly what a traveling surfer should be hoping to find. The owners were exciting, enthusiastic people, and seemed like they would do anything to make your experience better. They did for us. I hope many others get to experience this place for years to come.

We loved the uniqueness of the property, the craftsmanship of the home abd facilities. It was really clean and tidy on arrival. The meshed windows really helped keep the mozzies away. We loved the vibe but especially loved the environment created by Mark and his family. They are truly special, generous, kind, and hospitable people.

We loved the location near the port of Moorea. The fare feels like it is situated in the middle of a botanical garden, surrounded by lush vegetation and with great views of the mountains. The fare offers great comfort, with a well stocked kitchenette, a dining table, a large bathroom, and a comfortable king-size bed. The accommodation is very open, and despite not having A/C, the room has a large standing fan that keeps the room cool day and night. Murielle is a very kind and generous host, she made us feel at home. Murielle and family own two lovely and very friendly dogs.
