The owners were so caring, helped me a lot; they booked me a transport from Cusco airport, special breakfast options., heated my take away supper..) The place felt home like; local art on the wall in happy colours, less like a formal hotell. The breakfast was delicious; plentyful and the extra of a quinoa porridge at no extra cost. It was so clean, I felt comfortable walking in the common areas with just socks on-good after a long day. At one moment I was out of toilet paper, more came within minutes.
