For me the best thing in Peru is to get a decent shower and this was a good hot one with good water pressure.
Good location as only a couple of blocks from the centre and also close to catch collectivos to other places.
Comfy bed and good WiFi.
The staff were really helpful and showed us how to get to Moray and Maras on collectivos instead of paying for an expensive taxi.
Enjoyed staying here and would do it again.

Great location in the town of Urubamba. It is a short walk from the main plaza, and very easy for a taxi to reach. The room had no heater but it was never cold. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the room was great. The shower was hot with good water pressure. The rooftop terrace had wonderful views of the Sacred Valley. We enjoyed the hammocks for stargazing at night. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and gave us recommendations for the local area. They let us store our bags after check out. Breakfast was served on the roof, consisting of pastries, fresh papaya juice, coffee, tea, avocado, and made-to-order eggs. Breakfast was an additional 15 soles each--well worth the price. At one point I was feeling ill, and one of the hosts offered me an herbal tea made from muña he had harvested himself from the hills above town! We loved staying here and wish we could have stayed for more than one night!
Nicely decorated rooms surrounded by garden can be enjoyed just 5 blocks from Urubamba’s main square. Wi-Fi is free. Trips to the Inca Trail, 40 km away, are available.

For the price, this place was amazing. Good sized room with a good shower. Excellent views from the balcony outside the room. Good breakfast and nice owners.
To top it off a load of animals running around in the front garden. Pets I mean, not wild ones.

Beautiful and kind staff. They were very patient with my lack of Spanish. The hostel is stunning, the garden has many beautiful fruit trees and large open grass areas. The rooms are large and the beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is wonderful to cook in, they have everything you need.

Very spacious, modern and clean with comfortable beds. The rooms were beautifully styled and the hotel was situated in a quiet location with lovely mountain valley views. It was easy to get a taxi to the main areas of interest and the host was very helpful with suggestions for dining, hiking and other activities plus helped us to do much needed washing. Highly recommend visiting this little gem of a hotel.

Jorge is a great host. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
beautiful garden full of floral scents (beautiful house too), quiet and private, comfy bed, impeccably clean, shower in a bathroom with textured glass on two sides so full of light, hot water, good internet, sweet hosts (thank you Evelyn and to your father as well :) )
I really loved it. It was so calm and quiet, only the sounds of some cows and birds. It was nice within nature, I got a whole house to myself which is amazing for the price. The hosts where nice and helpful with anything I needed. The kitchen was well equipped.
The only thing to note is that it's not in the city, its a few kilometers to the center of urumbamba or you just take one of the tuc tuc taxi's.
The staff are amazing, especially the host Inti. Helped us with all of our questions and organising drivers for day trips. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Never had an issue with hot water either! Also a great location for walking into town.
This place is just amazing!
Jorge the host is very friendly, approachable and helpful. The breakfast is from the best I’ve had in Peru. The beds comfortable, clean big bathroom.
The location is a bit out but the good thing about that it very quiet. Highly recommended!!
Characterful large room in traditional house, very clean and comfortable. Quiet location yet easy walk to restaurants. Helpful hostess and good breakfast. Pretty courtyard with geraniums and mountain views.
absolutely charming converted monastery, with a beautiful garden and a quiet location close to everything . The staff were helpful in every way…they were so nice, made me feel welcome.
The owner Darghen is amazing and super helpful.
The environment is great, calm and welcoming.
Far enough from the city center so it was quiet and exactly what we were looking for.
Great and healthy breakfast.
Katherine was super nice to us, she sat down for an hour or more with us and gave us a history lesson of the inkas and the places around the valley to visit. She also gave us good recommendations for transport, food and drinks, and was always available on whatsapp. Such a great host!
