We had a great stay at Casa Kamakura, which is located close to the beach. Yuka-San and Suu-San are exceptional hosts. The house is decorated with a lot of love for details and many cool things to see. We will definitely stay here again if we are back to Japan.

Offering hot-spring baths, free Wi-Fi and a completely non-smoking environment, Fuji-Hakone Guest House is a cosy family-run inn with English-speaking staff. Every aspect of this stay was wonderful. The location was removed from the fast pace we experienced in other cities and was a peaceful break while still being conveniently located to the main sightseeing loop through the area. Our host was very kind and generous with his knowledge regarding the area. Having a private indoor and outdoor onsen available was the highlight of the stay. Soaking after long days of walking made each night more comfortable. Wearing the provided yukata was a nice experience and one we will continue once we get back home. The breakfast option worked well for us; giving us energy to start the day. If you are looking for a place to stay that feels like home, recharges your body, and is surrounded by nature....please stay here. I can't recommend it highly enough. We are already talking about how to come back.

Good location, close to the Pampa fields and good restaurants, and a bus stop (7min from the Hotel) if you want to reach the port North of Lake Ashinoko, which is 5min by car away.
