Please don't take my word for it. All the locals love it so much that the community bought the 200-year-old Inn, restored it, they're running it, and it's charming. Enjoy the large outdoor terrace, partly covered by a traditional roof, behind the historic inn. If you want to experience the English countryside but avoid being in the middle of a tourist zone, go off the beaten path and stay here and enjoy the peace and beauty. Still, it's right at the edge of the Cotswolds, the West Somerset Railway, Exmoor, and the picturesque wild coast and ideally located to get to all the spots in Southwest England.
