Just 5 miles from the city centre of Oxford, The Bear and Ragged Staff offers fantastic homemade food, free parking, and free Wi-Fi. Ronan the assistant manager was very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with many choices on the menu. Breakfast is served from 08-11. We were able to get a small take away breakfast for our drive to Gatwick airport when we were checking out which we appreciated.There always was parking available for our car. We were able to check in a few hours early which was great because we were very jet lagged. We ate dinner in the restaurant several nights and it was great as well. To get to Oxford we drove to the Seacourt park and ride and paid 5 pounds total to park our car and take the bus into Oxford. To return from Oxford you need to take the same bus line (400) that you went on. Our room was spacious and the shower was great. We were never bothered by noise.

Situated in the heart of rural Oxfordshire, in picturesque Dorchester, The George Hotel, Dorchester-on-Thames, Oxfordshire is one of Britain’s oldest coaching inns. This was our favorite place to stay during our Thames Path walk. The rooms are recently and stylishly renovated, and really look good. The ambience of this medieval inn was great. The beds are very comfortable, and the food at breakfast was fantastic. Dinner, with a reduced menu choice, was also good. Staff seemed eager to please.

Nastanitev Royal Oak Ramsden s 4 zvezdicami se nahaja v mestu Ramsden, 17 km od znamenitosti dvorec Blenheim Palace, in ponuja vrt, teraso ter bar. What a gem! Lovely staff, delightful premises, luxurious room, incredible food... We came with our dog and received a marvellous welcome. The chef outdid himself (the best chips we've ever had). And we were lucky to be here in the run-up to Christmas. The whole downstairs was decked out with incredible decorations. A work of art. We'll be back again for sure.

We had a very comfortable stay in a very roomy clean mini apartment.the hosts were welcoming and helpful with sorting out the TV for us.we will definitely book to come again if we need to be in the area.

Have stayed a few times now, always exceptional. The tiny upgrade to room very good. Just what we require and close to where we need to be.

The property had wonderful character and the service from Trudy and her staff was exceptional. We love that we could walk downstairs for a delicious dinner and breakfast, as well as have a drink by the fire in the pub room before retiring for the evening.
