The house was very warm and comfortable. The surroundings are very quiet so we had the best sleep. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Staying at the Royal, Oak was a highlight of our weeklong trip in England. The end exudes, warmth and charm. Our room was extremely comfortable and there are all sorts of special touches around the property. The staff are amazing and the food at the restaurant  delicious English fare.

Located in Wallingford and only 26 km from University of Oxford, Garden Room provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The Garden Room was a neat, comfortable and cosy little cottage in a quiet area of a country estate. It had all facilities we needed, good shower & bathroom, the bedroom was a lovely room although a little cramped for two people travelling with 2 large suitcases and backpacks. There was little room on each side of the bed to move around comfortably, however it would suit a single traveller with minimal luggage. The owners were helpful with information when required otherwise they left us to enjoy the lovely and quiet surrounds.

Set in Church Enstone, The Crown Inn, Church Enstone is 8 km from Chipping Norton and 13 km from Blenheim Palace. Providing a restaurant and a bar, the property also has a garden. Charming old world quiet country inn. Wonderful old pub, great breakfast and dinner. Friendly food servers and great overall atmosphere.

Henley-on-Thames Studio Apartment is set in Henley on Thames, 34 km from Oxford. The property was lovely and the hosts were amazing, I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Featuring free bikes and views of inner courtyard, Handywater Cottages is a guest house situated in a historic building in Henley on Thames, 24 km from Cliveden House. Breakfast was great, served exactly on time and all fresh and tasty.

Featuring free WiFi and a restaurant, The Greyhound Inn is set in the village of Letcombe Regis, 2 km from Wantage and 24 km from Oxford. Free private parking is available on site. The staff was engaging and wonderful! I loved that every meal had a vegan / vegetarian option. It was quiet, but clearly a place where locals gather. I look forward to staying there again!

Situated just 5 minutes' walk fro the centre of Banbury, the Banbury Cross B&B offers free Wi-Fi access throughout and free onsite parking. Visited for a one night stay with my elderly father as we needed to be in the area. Staff very helpful to us. Late arrival and early start so we were not able to sample the breakfast but the room was clean and comfortable. The bad wasn't as comfortable as my own but ok for a short stay. Overall very pleased and good value for money for the area.
