The room is large and has two very comfortable chairs. This is the best bed we have slept in over the course of this 3 week vacation. It is quiet, and I slept like a contented baby! The town of Hawick is very charming, also.

Bedrooms at Heatherlie House Hotel are light and neutral in design, with views over the gardens. Each bedroom comes with tea/coffee-making facilities, a TV and an en suite bathroom. Very friendfully hosts! Very silent. Beautifull hotel. Good food. Big clean and well decorated rooms. Small bathroom but we managed well. Very good food in the evening restaurant. We would like to come back.

Ironing facilities are also available. The overall experience at Allerton was fantastic! Staff were welcoming and warm and made the stay well worth it.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 25 km from The Maltings Theatre & Cinema. The location was perfect, in an area surrounded by nature, very peaceful and tranquil. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, USB ports in the bedroom, a "proper" coffee machine, not dried instant coffee. The food was freshly prepared, evening meal and breakfast. Would I go back there, of course without a shadow of doubt. One of the best places that I've stayed in.
