They went over and above to make us feel welcome and attended to all of our needs. The house is decorated in an old, French, romantic style. The breakfast is amazing and they offered to share nearly everything they had in the house with us. We ended up extending our stay.

Alain and Sylvie made us feel very welcome in their lovely home. Our bedroom and en suite had been tastefully modernised and were spotlessly clean. A generous breakfast featuring local produce was supplemented with a selection of home-made jams and marmalades. Superb!

Situated in Solutré-Pouilly, in a historic building, 12 km from Mâcon Exhibition Centre, Chez Romain is a guest house with a garden and bar. Excellent place for relaxation and peace. Great location for exploring the region. We particularly liked the balcony in our room, which has a great view!

Boasting a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and views of pool, Château de Chatenay - Macon is a guest house set in a historic building in Sancé, 3.5 km from Mâcon Exhibition Centre. Christophe was the absolute perfect host - from arrival to departure it was amazing - the meal at night cooked for us was incredible value for money and his knowledge of wine added to that. The room perfect, the gardens beautiful and the weather icing on the cake as it enabled us time to spend in the pool. I just wish we had booked it for our journey back home .... Thank you so much for your hospitality - we will be back next year and may stay another night to experience a wine tasting in your cave.

Offering a shared lounge and garden view, le Chaumois is located in Saint-Boil, 22 km from Nicéphore-Niépce Museum and 22 km from Arts Center. The property is located in the countryside near St Boil, in Burgundy. Our bedroom was specious, very quiet & the bathroom adequate. The breakfast was delicious. Homemade with fresh ingredients, Sylvie's yoghurt bread deserves a special mention. Parking was in the courtyard. There is also a kitchen area for preparing & eating meals. The hostess, Sylvie, is charming, friendly & very helpful. If you are looking for a quiet break in the middle of the French countryside, this venue would be ideal. Highly recommended.
