Situated in Santa Marta, 2.7 km from Castilletes Beach, ECOCABAÑAS DIOSA JAGUAR tayrona features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a bar. The location is near the entrance of the national park (probably 15 minutes walk). Its quiet, clean and the rooms are basic but spacious and it has a mosquito net. The price is really good and the owner is amazingly helpful. Highly recommend using this as your starting point. Take a swim in the river 5 minutes walk from the compound!

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Casa Feliz Hostal is a recently renovated guest house situated in Santa Marta, 1.4 km from Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino. Was a great stay we came back a second time. Met Jan who gave us a great tour of the city. Both Snr Felix and Jan very welcoming and great with history on Santa marta and advice. The bedroom was nice, comfortable and lots of ventilation, the bathroom was reasonably clean and the breakfast (w coffee) was a nice extra. Made Santa Marta one of my favourite cities to visit in Colombia so far! The buses to Park Tayrona were passed by 2 streets over.

Casa chill out, a property with a garden, is situated in Minca, 21 km from Santa Marta Gold Museum, 21 km from Santa Marta Cathedral, as well as 21 km from Simon Bolivar Park. Great views, loved the pets and the warmth of our hosts. They were the best part of our stay. Loved waking up to the hummingbirds in the tree and the amazing views of the sierra nevada from the upstairs patio.

Eco Hostal Kuima is located in El Zaino and features a pool with a view and mountain views. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Amazing place! The bus to Tayrona National park stops right at the entrance. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags while we visited Tayrona overnight and were offered to shower when we returned!

Set in Taganga, Hostal Palohe Taganga offers beachfront accommodation 300 metres from Playa de Taganga and provides various facilities, such as a fitness centre, a garden and a bar. Amazing staff. Great location. Close to all Taganga attractions but far enough removed for a peaceful night's sleep. I thoroughly enjoyed my quick stay here and would absolutely do it again.

Very attractive property and its surrounding environment. Staffs, Natasha was extremely resourceful to help plan the days. Good free breakfast.
