Situated in Guachaca, 1.6 km from Guachaca Beach, Encanto Hostel features accommodation with a garden, free WiFi, full-day security, and luggage storage space. The atmosphere of this place is just amazing. So close to the nature, green, calm area with the access to the river where you can start your morning with a swim. The owner is so friendly and helpful, you immediately see the place was created with so much attention (Harold, special prize from me for the playlist). Food was tasty, beds are comfortable, the common area is spacious and WiFi works well. The hostel is also very close to the waterfalls Poza Encantada you can enjoy. Best place to disconnect for a bit and just be, I’d definitely come back. Me encanto! 💛

Set in Santa Marta, 400 metres from Salguero Beach and 1.1 km from El Rodadero Beach, Hostal Magdalena offers a garden and air conditioning. The staff was awesome! Super accommodating and always happy to help and suggesting places. Really friendly. The food was really good as well. I highly recommend!

Ramon and Paola bring you down to earth and make your soul at peace. They are perfect hosts and make delicious breakfast. The place is beautiful, with many friendly animals. Its walking distance from the tayrona entrance and also has other lovely walks and rivers nearby. I could not recommend more.

A recently renovated property, Rivera Hostel is set in Santa Marta near Salguero Beach, El Rodadero Beach. The air-conditioned accommodation is 2.6 km from Playa Cabo Tortuga. Great family hostel! Super friendly people!

Casa chill out, a property with a garden, is situated in Minca, 21 km from Santa Marta Gold Museum, 21 km from Santa Marta Cathedral, as well as 21 km from Simon Bolivar Park. The property is on a hill, so you can enjoy the mountain view. The owners are incredibly nice and helpful. I’m traveling with my service dog, and they even cooked rice for her. They also gave us little gifts. I definitely recommend this place—it’s very clean and surrounded by nature, even though it’s in the city center

Eco Hostal Kuima is located in El Zaino and features a pool with a view and mountain views. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Amazing place! The bus to Tayrona National park stops right at the entrance. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags while we visited Tayrona overnight and were offered to shower when we returned!

Located in Guachaca, 15 minutes from Tayrona Park, Bohemia Beach offers accommodation, a restaurant, a swimming pool, a bar and a private beach area. There is free WiFi. We dream of going back here! The calm private beach, the comfortable tent, the hammocks for a beach nap, a dip in the pool, delicious food and happy hours!
