Offering views of the Sierra, Mundo Nuevo Eco Lodge ( 2.2 km and 400 meters uphill Minca) is set in an organic farm with a vegetarian restaurant (one menu) with mainly dishes with fruits and vegetable... The staff is the best and amazing!! The workers take care me so well! Cant be better. They even give me milk while it was not in menu! Great service.

Casa dos Almas is simply a magical place, a peaceful accommodation located in front of the sea on Mendihuaca beach. We stayed in a double room with a sea view located on the second floor. If we could describe our room in one word, it would be cozy. Everything was very clean, tidy, and beautiful, with a spectacular view of the sea under the shade of an almond tree. The bed and bathroom were very comfortable, and the room had a fan (air conditioning is not needed with the sea breeze). The accommodation has very comfortable and pleasant common areas. We had the option of breakfast included, but we opted for the "Napolitan eggs," which were very delicious. Thanks to Maria and Ela for everything, very friendly staff. Joseph has been one of the best hosts we have met, making our experience much more enjoyable, always attentive and kind. He instructed us very well about the place, helped us with everything we needed, and guided us on some activities like the Cacao Tour; he knows a lot about the area and told us about the culture and biodiversity. Probably many have not heard about Mendihuaca beach; it is a recent destination for tourists but offers tranquility and spectacular landscapes, located a few kilometers from Tayrona National Park and with easy access to the city of Santa Marta and nearby places of interest like the Sierra Nevada, Palomino, and other beaches. There are various activities available such as kayaking, surfing lessons, massages, among others, and transportation to other areas of the region is easy through moto-taxis. The local cuisine is not very extensive but offers more than enough delicious options, with Humbe as a recommendation, though all the restaurants we tried were delicious. We highly recommend this place for those who want to spend some time disconnecting and relaxing.

Hostel paradise St ligger i centrala Santa Marta, 6 minuters promenad från Playa Bahía de Santa Marta, och erbjuder luftkonditionerade rum och gratis WiFi. Rooms are huge, bathrooms are also spacious. Very clean. Really nice staff. Location is perfect, in the centre but very quiet. Highly recommend.

ECOCABAÑAS DIOSA JAGUAR tayrona ligger i Santa Marta, 2,7 km från Playa Castilletes, och erbjuder boende med gratis cyklar, gratis privat parkering, en trädgård och en gemensam lounge. The property was fantastic! Cute cabins with everything you need. Felt a good combination of private space but also a communal area.

Casa Feliz Hostal ligger i Santa Marta, 17 minuters promenad från Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, privat parkering, en gemensam lounge och en terrass. The host family is incredibly nice. They helped us with everything we needed - it became our base for this part of Colombia. They are super friendly and even with no english (and us with no spanish!!) we managed all and we understood each other. We could use their kitchen to prepare dinners. Also location is amazing - bus stop to all directions is just behind the corner. We felt like at home!

Rivera Hostel har ett perfekt läge i området El Rodadero i Santa Marta, 9 minuters promenad från Salguero strand, 1,3 km från Rodadero och 2,6 km från Playa Cabo Tortuga. Very cheap, lovely people who run it! Very helpful

I recommend staying at this wonderful place to anyone wanting a serene and relaxing room in a cozy house.

Casa chill out ligger i Minca, 18 km från Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino, och har en trädgård, terrass och utsikt över bergen. The property is on a hill, so you can enjoy the mountain view. The owners are incredibly nice and helpful. I’m traveling with my service dog, and they even cooked rice for her. They also gave us little gifts. I definitely recommend this place—it’s very clean and surrounded by nature, even though it’s in the city center
