The hostal is very centrally located in the town area, but is very quiet within its own substantial garden. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfasts are great. Highly recommended !

This is a quiet place and the owners will respect your privacy. I m very picky , and I really love this place. The price (about 100US$) is the good one compare to the price of many terrible hostels of the island.

A recently renovated guest house located in Hanga Roa, Hostal Makohe Rapa Nui features a garden. This guest house provides free private parking, free shuttle service and free WiFi. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, a shared kitchen and luggage storage for guests. They picked me up at the airport, showed me the main parts of Hanga Roa upon arrival. Even though breakfast was not included, they left bread and another traditional fried dough every morning. They also left fruit at my disposal. Very clean. Very quiet. Great wifi. They also took me to the airport on my last day on the island. They have a beautiful kitty :) Thank you so much for your hospitality! I hope to come back one day. I loved Rapa Nui!
