The hotel had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The woman who served us breakfast was exceptionally friendly and attentive, which made our mornings delightful. The location was also very convenient for accessing Mount Pilatus.

Situated right across the Giswil train station and accessible to every point around, this hotel with its great location offers spacious rooms, a very comfortable bed, great modern amenities and a perfect ambience in a century old, but very well maintained building. Everything is so well thought of that one wonders what can go wrong... Except breakfast.

Gasthaus Paxmontana ligger centralt i Flüeli-Ranft och erbjuder panoramautsikt över sjön Sarner, Oberwaldbergen och dalen Melch. We stayed in a triple room in the Paxmontana Gasthaus although breakfast and welcome drink were offered in the main hotel. The location is wonderful. We were so happy we booked that hotel in this peaceful location surrounded by this beautiful greenery and walking paths. The staff is very efficient and kind. Our room in the Gasthaus was very comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay there
