Hardly any traffic after sunset (the property is about 6km from the town). We woke up to the sound of birds greeting the new day (which is early and therefore, maybe, not to everyone’s liking). The owners are exceptional people; they welcomed us warmly and treated us like family. Even got a tour of the farm and were able to meet their cows. Maybe we were lucky, but both the sunsets and sunrises were spectacular.

This is a brilliant take on the classic farm stay. Hosts Peter and Sara welcome you into their home, one filled with memories and moments from their own children's lives, and let you interact with a cast of animals ranging from donkeys and goats to alpacas and horses. There are also cats, lizards, turtles, pigs, guinea fowl, and our favourite, Tui the Dalmatian.

The location was great, check in was easy, the house was amazing, tidy, and huge. The location to Auckland was great, you would need a car for transport unless you don't mind taxiing to public transport.

This property offers access to a patio and free private parking. we absolutely loved our time on hunts farm. the cabin is lovely and spacious, and the setting is just beautiful- stunning views and farmland all around, yet a v short drive in to town. the cabin was very quiet and had everything we needed, and the hosts were super friendly and welcoming, would 100% recommend

Featuring accommodation with a saltwater pool, Rural Gordonton Sleepout is set in Hamilton. This property offers access to a patio and free private parking. Very tidy, great location and the bowl of fresh fruit on the way in was a fantastic gesture. Having met up with the Labradoodle and their owner (one of the hosts) after dinner out we were even happier with our choice.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Matamata Country B&B is set in Matamata. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Everything. Very nice, modern, well furnished and equiped apartment with nice kitchen and comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious, fresh home made bread, house eggs, home made jogurt was fabulous and fruits from the garden, milk and orange juice was on the fridge and home made cookies were absolutely delicious. I’m coffee lover so I appreciated nesspresso machine with milk steamer (fresh milk was available in the fridge ). I was also very nicely suprised with dyson hairdryer which you can’t see even in the most luxurious hotel. Moreover Kylie (host) was very nice, let our dauther to play in their garden, she let her feed her chickens and ship and let us to take some fruits from her garden. We stayed just for one night, but it was great stay and when we’ll come back to New Zealand we’ll definitely stay here again. Absolutely recommend Matamata country B&B 👍

Nag-aalok ng mga tanawin ng bundok, ang Te Karaka Lodge sa Port Waikato ay nag-aalok ng accommodation, outdoor swimming pool, hardin, private beach area, shared lounge, at terrace. Had a wonderful stay at Te Karaka Lodge, Aaron and Danielle were amazing hosts and Franz cooked very delicious food! It is isolated out in the countryside and exactly what we were looking for some time to unwind, it was amazing to see all the stars as we luckily has clear sky's our second night. Everything is new and a high standard, beautiful design inside. We also loved Steve the friendly cat.
