Wish we would booked more nights not to just explore the town of Orvieto but to relax at this gem.

The location can't be beat as it sits overlooking the historical town of Orvieto, only a short drive away. There is another beautiful, historical town that sits on a hilltop only accessible by foot bridge called Civita, another must-see. There is so much to see and do in the area, including cave tours. If you'd rather a quiet, peaceful place to enjoy the surroundings, this is the place for you! There is a beautiful pool and hot tub, a patio area as well as an outdoor sitting area for those warmer days. There is a lovely area inside to curl up and wat h TV or read if you wish, and the bedroom is gorgeous, filled with amazing history with original 18th-century charm still in place.

Agriturismo Akasha in Gubbio provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a shared lounge. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. San Severo Church - Perugia is 45 km away and Saint Mary of the Angels is 41 km from the farm stay. Staff friendliness and availability, cosy and familial attitude. loved to swim early in the morning surrounded by trees and enjoyed the family cooking. I wished we could have stayed longer... but we will be back!

Offering a bar and garden view, Hortus Natural Living is located in Todi, 39 km from Perugia Cathedral and 39 km from San Severo Church - Perugia. Featuring luggage storage space, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. The farm stay also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. I don’t even know where to start! The property was lovely and easy to get to. The rooms were very comfortable with modern touches. The staff was extremely welcoming and it felt like a true home away from home stay. I also had some of the best meals during my stay.

At the farm stay, the units come with a wardrobe, a TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. Selected rooms here will provide you with a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a stovetop and a minibar. The units are equipped with heating facilities. Andrea and his mom were the ultimate host and hostess; made us feel very welcome the entire time. And the food was great. Both breakfast and dinner.

At the farm stay, each unit includes air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with a bidet, bathrobes and slippers. Units are equipped with a coffee machine, while certain rooms are equipped with a patio and others also boast lake views. All units will provide guests with a desk and a kettle. Absolutely stunning property on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. Our room was a perfect mix of historic and modern and was the perfect place to spend a few nights. The staff were also impeccable - from reception, spa and the restaurant. We loved eating breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and was given complimentary use of the wellness space. Highly recommend to go to both!

Boasting lake views, Di Colle in Colle - Agriturismo features accommodation with an infinity pool, a garden and a bar, around 37 km from Perugia Cathedral. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The farm stay has family rooms. Our family has been to Europe several times but we have never stayed at a property as special as Di Colle in Colle. We stayed in the two bedroom house on property and it was perfect for our family of four (including two teens). The a/c worked great, we took advantage of the washing machine and loved having our espresso on the patio every morning. There are shutters to darken the room and the bed was extremely comfortable. Between the attention to detail of the home itself, the incredible views and the overall tranquil feeling, we did not want to leave. We had dinner two of the four nights and regret not eating there every night. The prices were reasonable and the food was incredible. Giulio is one of the nicest and hardest working people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting and appreciate how special he made our vacation. The only negative was that we didn't stay longer, but know that we will definitely be returning. Thank you Giulio for creating an exceptional property and giving my family memories that we will forever cherish.
