We felt very welcome. The rooms were newly renovated. The breakfast was lovely and the location was perfect. (5 min drive from Orvieto). Make sure to take the wine tasting workshop with, Serena as it will change your wine drinking experience. I highly recommend.

Staff friendliness and availability, cosy and familial attitude. loved to swim early in the morning surrounded by trees and enjoyed the family cooking. I wished we could have stayed longer... but we will be back!

WOW, what an amazing experience…we will remember our time here because of the kindness, the attentive service and the wonderful Nina’s cooking. The resort is first class and we are excited about the prospect of staying with you again in the coming years and will be excited to see the developments with the pool in the future. Perugias asuv majutusasutus Le Cappuccinelle Suites&SPA pakub ainult täiskasvanutele mõeldud majutust. Kohapeal on välibassein, spaa- ja tervisekeskus ning aed. We had a wonderful time here. The hotel, spa and pool were absolutely beautiful, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the food at their restaurant was fabulous and the room was clean and stylish. We could not have asked for a more lovely place to stay and relax after Umbria Jazz Festival! A special thank you to Danila, who looked after us at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast - nothing was too much trouble - she was so friendly and helpful - five stars to her and all of the staff!

We stayed with our dog at this wonderful farmhouse for 5 days. It's the perfect location, close to the highway, to explore the historic cities of Umbrië such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio and a lot more. Also the lake of Trasimeno was easily to reach. it's a beautiful located farmhouse, on the top of a hill and in the middle of the nature with a great view on the country. The accommodation itself is absolutely perfect, with great rooms and a unique breakfast- and dining-room. We enjoyed a room with a kitchen, a living room and a separate bed- and bathroom. Everything we needed was available. The farmhouse is very dog friendly, as the owner has to very sweet dogs himself. The Agriturismo is run by Andrea and his mother Rose, two extremely sweet, friendly and helpful people, always prepared to give you advise on anything you need. They have their own small restaurant, mainly for the overnight guests. The food (produced from their own land) is just fabulous. Rose is a wonderful cook and clearly prepared the diners with lots of love. We couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely come back here. We're very grateful to Andrea and Rose and wish them very well.

Kohapeal on restoran, tasuta eraparkla ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus.... From the moment we arrived Giulio made sure everything was perfect. We stayed in the 2 bedroom house and the pictures do not do it justice. The breakfasts were excellent, rooms very clean with comfortable beds and the shared infinity pool area has amazing views. Highly recomend. One of our favorite places in italy and Giolio is an amazing host.
