The staff were exceptionally friendly and always quick to assist, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my visit. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-managed experience.

Labotessa Boutique Hotel is situated in a prime location in the City Bowl district of Cape Town, surrounded by historical monuments and museums. The room was incredible, lots of little treats in the fridge. The check in experience was exceptional, like sitting down and chatting with a friend. The room was gorgeous, straight out the lift into the room. Had a mini kitchen, everything you could need. Amazing views and lovely big bathroom. Loved the breakfast choices and the overall interior design is beautiful.

With a pool and outdoor Jacuzzi, this boutique hotel is located just a 2-minute walk from the restaurants and shops in Kloof Street. Super nice staff and very nicely decorated hotel. We chose the apartment first but the hotel allowed us to choose again when we arrived as there was an issue with the TV in the apartment and we decided to go for the hotel room instead which was super comfortable.

Everything was perfect. Very nice and helpful staff. Very nice food and very good locations very safe location in Cap Town. We will definitely go back there.

Nothing too much trouble. Located in a leafy suburb, it really was lovely. My phone stopped working for a day, and I couldn’t book a taxi whilst out. A local shopkeeper called the hotel owner who instead of booking a taxi for us, jumped in her car and came and fetched us!!
