From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the lovely Hillary, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. The apartment itself is a true gem – impeccably decorated, spotlessly clean, and boasting every amenity I could possibly need. The location is equally impressive, with a delightful array of restaurants right on the doorstep. As someone who works in Newlands, I was thrilled to discover how conveniently located the apartment is – a huge bonus! Sadly, my stay was all too brief, and I had to bid farewell in the morning to head to work. What truly made my stay unforgettable, however, was the honor of being the first guest to use the apartment. I felt genuinely privileged to be a part of this special milestone! Lovely room and such a bonus to have underfloor heating and electric blanket as it was very cold. Very friendly staff and made to feel very welcome.

The place was close to the building working office I was reporting to. I liked that the building has made arrangements for loading shedding, so I didn't feel it too much.

He was kind and caring; especially when one of us was sick. He provided us with a great restaurant suggestion our first night and was always available for anything we needed. We appreciated the laundry service. The neighbourhood was great and close to some good coffee and a fabulous Saturday market.
