This is one of the best hotel I ever stayed in. Beautiful facilities, pool, spa, very comfortable bed, bathtub in the bedroom, very clean. We rented a scooter from the hotel and this was arranged in few minutes. Near by Hoi An old town, you can walk there or enjoy the free shuttle from the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Exceptionally happy and welcoming staff, especially Rose at the front desk and Min the manager. The room was beautifully appointed with a comfortable bed and bathroom facilities that are fantastic. The Hotel's location is only a short walk away from the hassle and hassle of the Old Town with a setting that is a tranquil escape from the chaos. And the dining options in the downstairs area where perfect for morning breakfasts and at other times of the day if or when required.

From the moment we stepped foot, we were welcomed warmly by multiple staff. We picked Little Gem as it is a new hotel, and stone throw from the hustle bustle of Hoi An town centre, so we can still access the tailor shops, restaurants, attractions, markets etc, yet return to a quiet part of Hoi An for the night. Jenny was the hotel manager I believe, and once we’ve checked in, she messaged me via WhatsApp, and was our go to point of contact throughout our stay. Whether it was asking for recommendations on tours, restaurants or things to do, booking tickets to the Memories Show, or asking questions, she was always there if we needed anything. Our shower had issues with the drainage during our stay, and after we messaged Jenny, she had someone come up and fix it within 5 minutes. Wish every hotel has a personal go to contact for things like this! The room itself was very new, comfortable bed and lovely shower/bath tub. Buffet Breakfast is included for the rate we paid which was a surprise. They also have a lovely roof top pool, which we used during happy hour and got to enjoy Buy One Get One Free beer/cocktails. Another great perk was the free bicycle hire. We used this service almost everyday when we go into town. Easy to use and they have quite a few so we never had to worry about running out of bikes on busier days. Highly recommend everyone to stay with Little Gem when visiting Hoi An. You will NOT regret it and honestly feels like a luxurious home away from home!! Thank you Jenny and special shout out to Ni who is the loveliest staff serving us drinks at the pool and breakfast at the restaurant. Every single staff is passionate, kind and friendly. Already miss our stay there!

A very pleasant hotel with exceptionally kind and helpful staff. Pleasant environment, good services, bicycles available, airport transfer. Excellent price-quality ratio, I definitely recommend it. Our best accommodation in Vietnam.

Everything about this place was amazing. The room was clean and comortable. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff were exceptional. The locatioln was perfect, close to all the places you would want to visit esspecialy the Old Town.

Anyway, Hoi An is a great place to stay for more than one night. The accommodation and the nice hospitality made our stay here even more enjoyable. We were greeted super sweetly. The rooms are large and very clean. There are free bicycles that take you to the old town in a few minutes - it's a vibe. Also, it doesn't take long to get to the beach. The breakfast is very tasty! We could ask the lovely hosts anything and we were given great tips, which we all implemented. Everything was organised for us smoothly and quickly. We are really overwhelmed by the friendliness and cordiality! We felt very comfortable and safe at all times. I would definitely come here again. My Friend and I can highly recommend Hoi An Heart Villa.
