Great value for money, really helpful and informative staff, really nice facilities in the room and a clean every day with new towels. There is even a nice pool & free breakfast. Muoi, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful too.

The staff and the people at the hotel were extremely hospitable and friendly and went out of their way to attend to our every need, especially Suong. We stayed at the Royal Riverside in a beautiful room at the front on the corner with great views of the river, the town and a bridge and it was ideal for early morning sunrises. The room was attractive and spacious with a 3 seat sofa and a glorious bathroom with a free standing bath. The breakfasts had everything you could wish for and our morning chef learnt our egg order and brought it out to us every morning exactly as we preferred without even ordering! There was a lovely outside seating area along from the pool and at the front overlooking the river so it was a great start to the day and so quiet and peaceful. The situation for us was idyllic, as it was a little haven 5 minute walk from the old town. Hoi An itself is a busy, town with lots to explore on either side of the river and bus loads of people come in daily to explore the historical sights, and other tourist spots. We enjoyed the many roof top bars, restaurants, and shops and the night market but we were happy to retreat to our hotel. The beach was a short bike ride away or taxi, and hotel provided bikes. We went on two trips organized by the hotel. We had a fabulous holiday here and we will definitely come back to Vietnam and probably Hoi An and this wonderful hotel!

The host created a very nice atmosphere there and it had a homely feel to it. One of my favourites homestays so far ☺️
